The Role
Your responsibilities as an Early Childhood Teacher:
- Lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program
- Support all educators to implement the cycle of high-quality programming
- Leading to successful learning outcomes for children
- Communicate positively with the children and families
- Have a thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to implement across the service, ensuring this aligns with legislation and company policies, procedures and brand values.

About You
To be successful in this position you must have:
- A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification OR working towards ECT
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Current first-aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- Good understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Experience as a Room Leader desirable
