Responsibilities
En tant qu'administrateur des contrats, vous aurez à assurer la gestion cléricale et administrative des contrats de vente.
Concrètement, voici les tâches et responsabilités reliées à cette superbe opportunité à St-Eustache :
- Analyser et évaluer les soumissions ou les demandes de prix et prendre les décisions relatives aux directives reçues;
- Analyser les résultats des soumissions, communiquer les résultats aux autres départements et coordonner afin de mettre en place les actions nécessaires à l’exécution du contrat;
- Analyser et étudier les appels d’offres annuelles, compléter les documents de la soumission selon les termes exigés, s’assurer d’obtenir les garanties, cautionnements et police d’assurances relatifs aux appels d’offres et compléter les bordereaux de prix;
- Rechercher et identifier les produits à soumissionner et coordonner avec les autres départements pour identifier un maximum de pièces et les rendre accessibles;
- Mesurer la satisfaction des clients en les questionnant par rapport à la performance de l’organisation et du service offert;
- Effectuer les rapports et suivis nécessaires à chaque étape des contrats et coordonne les actions à prendre avec le représentant des ventes et/ou autres départements.
Qualifications
- DEC in Administrative or BAC in administration or equivalent experience
- Procurement Management, Industrial Management, or Production Operations Management
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Knowledge of Excel and Word software
- Knowledge of a manufacturing ERP system (an asset)
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Autonomous, dynamic, good judgment, and initiative.
