FTSE4Good

FTSE4Good is a global responsible investment index that identifies companies that demonstrate strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, measured against globally recognised standards. Randstad Holding continues to meet the Index inclusion criteria and is a valued member of the FTSE4Good Index Series.

Carbon disclosure project

The Carbon disclosure project (CDP) is a not-for-profit organization that runs the global disclosure system for companies to manage their environmental impacts.

SIA's global power 150 - women in staffing

In 2022, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) named six Randstad executives from around the globe to their 'Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing' list. The publication recognizes influential female leaders in the industry and provides a platform to celebrate many of the talented women shaping the world of work. Comprised of women from all different staffing sectors, the list is not a ranking but a shout-out to those whose unique vision and contributions take the industry forward. The final selection is based on the influence and achievements of the women nominated.

Sustainalytics, a Morningstar Company, is a leading independent ESG and corporate governance research, ratings and analytics firm that supports investors around the world with the development and implementation of responsible investment strategies. Sustainalytics' ESG Risk Ratings offer clear insights into the ESG risks of companies. Randstad is assessed to be at low risk of experiencing material financial impacts from ESG factors, due to its low exposure and strong management of material ESG issues.

MSCI

MSCI is a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community. The MSCI ESG Rating is designed to measure a company's resilience to long-term, industry material environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks. Since 2018, Randstad has been evaluated as leading it's industry in managing the most significant ESG risks and opportunities.

VBDO's tax transparency benchmark

By means of a responsible tax policy, companies and financial institutions contribute to the fair distribution of profits within society and ensure that vital public services are maintained. VBDO's Tax Transparency Benchmark tests the transparency of 76 companies in the Netherlands. VBDO expects companies and financial institutions to draw up a responsible tax policy in line with the most recent standards. Randstad actively participates in this benchmark.

Ecovadis

Since its founding in 2007, EcoVadis has grown to become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, creating a global network of more than 75,000 rated companies. The EcoVadis sustainability assessment is an evaluation of how well a company has integrated the principles of Sustainability/CSR into their business and management system. Randstad has been awarded with the 'Gold' sustainablity rating.

UN global compact

The United Nations Global Compact is a voluntary business initiative for companies committed to aligning their activities with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anticorruption. Randstad has been a signatory of the Compact since 2004.

OECD

The OECD Forum is one of the most influential annual global public policy events. It brings together high-level government representatives, CEOs, civil society leaders, trade unions, leading academics and the media to discuss the key economic and social challenges on the international agenda.

Bruegel 

Bruegel is a European think tank created in Brussels in August 2004 as a private-sector non-profit association. It was set up as a partnership between European Union member states and leading European corporations to contribute to improving the quality of economic policy-making in Europe through open, fact-based and policy-relevant research, analysis, and discussion.

Brussels European Employee Relations Group

Brussels European Employee Relations Group (BEERG) is an information-sharing and networking group, with over 60 member companies headquartered in the EU, US, India and Japan. Through our membership, we discuss employment law and labor relations issues with other members and institutional stakeholders.

VSO

Our partnership with Voluntary Service Overseas combines our strengths and is driven by a common aim: to empower marginalized youth to attain decent and sustainable work. This can be achieved by sharing skills and expertise with local communities. VSO focuses on unlocking the power of people, bringing together local, national and international volunteers to work alongside marginalized and vulnerable communities to build generational change.

VNO-NCW

VNO-NCW, the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers, represents the common interests of Dutch business, both at home and abroad. Members comprise over 160 trade and sector associations, representing more than 120,000 enterprises.

Tent

The Tent Partnership for Refugees works with businesses to develop and implement concrete commitments to support refugees, especially by hiring refugees, integrating them into supply chains, supporting refugee entrepreneurs, and delivering services to them.

The Living, Learning, Earning Longer initiative
