We Are Seeking:
Randstad Education is on the lookout for a committed and experienced Primary Teacher for KS1-KS2 in the vibrant city of Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
- Individualised Instruction: Deliver specialised educational support to SEN students, including those diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and SEND, in both individual and group settings.
- Team Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with other teachers and Key Stage coordinators to integrate effective SEN teaching strategies.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship, guiding students through their academic and social development with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Communication: Maintain robust lines of communication with students, parents, and educational staff to foster a unified learning environment.
- Curriculum Innovation: Develop, assess, and refine compelling educational programs that meet the diverse needs of students while upholding high standards of learning.
- Inspirational Teaching: Cultivate a passion for learning and growth in students aged 5-11, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Certification: Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience in an educational setting, ideally involving SEN students.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication capabilities, essential for effective teamwork and engagement in diverse educational contexts.
- Passion for SEN: A demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting SEN students and a deep understanding of their unique educational and care needs.
- Adaptive Teaching Skills: Skilled in adapting teaching methods and strategies to cater to the individual needs of SEN students.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching primary-aged children, with a strong focus on SEN education preferred.
