Reporting to the CEO, your role encompasses comprehensive oversight of the finance portfolio. This involves managing various facets, including monthly financial closing processes, financial and management reporting, cash management, budgeting & forecasting, financial planning & analysis, tax and fund investments. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and the company’s accounting policies. Additionally, you'll supervise business office operations, materials management, risk management, internal control, project evaluation, and feasibility studies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll drive reporting and analysis to support business performance and expansion plans. Providing strategic insights and advice, you'll play a key role in setting and achieving corporate KPIs and targets. Furthermore, you'll act as the liaison with auditors, bankers, and lawyers on corporate matters, and facilitate coordination between the Finance and Audit & Risk Management Committees. The ideal candidate is one who is hands-on and a confident finance leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent with at least 15 years of relevant experience. Background from healthcare/hospital/pharmaceutical/medical devices is highly advantageous.
